Founder and Lisbon, Ohio, native Jacki is about as familiar with her hometown as anyone can be. Working with her family to preserve a local diner trolley opened up a new love for local foods, and in 1993, she purchased Boxwood, a nearly 200-year-old Quaker church, in the hopes of keeping it alive. The tiny quarters inspired new creativity in Jacki. Always an avid gardener with a hand in craftiness, she’s been working with homegrown herbs and botanicals to infuse her line of wine-based jellies—all while operating out of that same old church!
