The Mustard Factory is owned by husband and wife team Neil Hastie and Keely Smith.  It all started with a fun experiment in homemade mustard making after listening to a podcast of The Splendid Table.  After a couple of half successful attempts at wholegrain mustard in their  kitchen at home, an obsession to make truly great tasting mustard took hold.  After over a year of experimenting with different types of mustard seeds and ingredients, thousands of trial jars of mustard recipes, and a worn out food processor, that was when The Mustard Factory was born.
They are a small family business proudly making big bold flavored mustards one jar at a time. They source the very best ingredients from trusted suppliers across the USA.  Each mustard variety is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the utmost quality prior to being jarred.
