After returning to their small Texas hometown, founders Lori and Benny found themselves living with an abundance of figs coming from the tree in their backyard. With four children in tow, they took on the task of transforming the fruit into an inspired spread. Once their Fig Chutney became an instant hit, Lori was motivated by the success to expand further, and introduced a line of condiments, dips, and spreads that add lots of flavor to dishes without a lot of work. To call the couple obsessed would be putting it lightly—but it’s well worth the result!
