For now, we’ve got Sweet Revenge Sugar Co. to help us make our sweets a little better for us. Founder Carmel is an avid baker (and she’s got a name to match!), and she was disappointed with the lack of sugar alternatives available to her. She found that most of them dramatically altered a recipe's results or involved major arithmetic for conversions, but before she gave up entirely, she started experimenting with granulated coconut blossom nectar.
