Reimagined, updated, modernized. We make candy for today that has the uncanny ability to tug at the heartstrings of yesterday.

Our small, skilled staff embraces expertly burnished caramel and perfectly buoyant gumdrops. We cut every piece of candy we make by hand. We package all of our goodies lovingly with the hopes that they please sweet teeth everywhere.

We use top notch ingredients every step of the way: real Oregon berries, housemade coffee extract made from locally roasted beans, hazelnuts from a few miles outside Portland, tea blended just a few blocks away from our candy kitchens and specially blended fruit and vegetable extracts for color and flavor.

Of course there are ingredients of lesser quality that we could use. Of course there are artificial colors, waxes, sweeteners and fake flavors we could throw in. But if we made things that way we wouldn’t be QUIN. And we love being QUIN.
