After climbing her way up the culinary ranks in Telluride, CO, she meandered around and found herself falling in love with food science at the University of Arkansas. While working in a local coffee shop, she began tinkering with making simple syrups, bitters, and shrubs, and eventually found that she had a real knack for combining complementary flavors.
