New Day Farm

New Day Farm was established in 2012 on the hillsides of Ira, Vermont. Stewards to 570 acres of fields and forests, New Day Farm is committed to preserving the beauty and improving the health of the ecosystem. We currently offer Single Source Maple Syrup and Grass-fed Highlander Beef. 

 And New Day Farm is growing! Our young orchard will soon produce a variety of fruits and nuts- apples, pears, cherries, peaches, and plums, as well as hazelnuts. Our diverse eco-community allows for a variety of other products as well- such as honey, apple cider vinegar, mushrooms, and wild foods and nuts. 

 Our goal is to work with the land, creating a healing and harmonious exchange. We will provide services to improve the overall wellbeing of the land and take only the gifts the farm provides an abundance of.
