Kay is a hometown girl. Born in Charleston into a military family, Kay grew up on military bases all over the United States. While she enjoyed living in different places over the years, her heart was always in Charleston.
Today Kay lives with her husband on a 150 acre farm outside of Charleston with their dogs, horses and chickens.
Molly & Me Pecans started in 2008 when Kay Holseberg started picking up pecans at her family's farm, trying different recipes, and sharing them with family and friends. Kay harvests her own pecan trees and buy from other local farmers, then cooks them in a cookhouse on the farm.
