I have had a lifelong relationship with great food. Some of my fondest memories of my childhood are helping my grandmother cook & bake. I learned from an early age to not just follow recipes as written, but to exercise creativity to make them my own.
When I started my business my idea was to use the highest quality ingredients to create products that would enhance & add versatility to everyday cooking. I started with candied nuts using walnuts from trees planted by my great grandfather. I have since added herbal blends, sugars, & extracts-all handcrafted from the best ingredients. It's the perfect business for me as it provides ways to express my creativity while promoting the same in my customers' kitchens. It has been very gratifying to see the myriad of ways people have found to use my products.
