Katchkie Farm is a year-round organic farm owned by Great Performances, one of the leading catering companies in New York City. An industry first, Katchkie Farm represents its commitment to celebrating local flavors while supporting sustainable agriculture and good earth practices. What began as a way to use a bumper crop of "thunder-fertilized" cucumbers from Katchkie's first harvest, has grown into an annual preservation of the season's bounty. Their organic produce is at the heart of each and every small batch of product, and recipes are created by their culinary team at Great Performances

A portion of their profits goes to support the programs of The Sylvia Center: a not-for-profit organization committed to educating children about food and nutrition through hands-on experiences on their farm.
