We created Jule’s Gourmet Foods to keep the spirit of my mother, Violet “Jule” Brown alive. Along with my Dad, Glen Brown, Jule was the Chef/Co-Owner of the popular Glen’s Jerk Chicken restaurants throughout the 1980’s and 90’s in New York. Her infectious spirit and lively sense of humor were the perfect compliment to the spicy Jamaican dishes she served night after night. 

Now you can once again enjoy the authentic island flavors that Jule made famous in her restaurants with our full line of authentic Jamaican rubs, sauces and marinades. 

Our first product, Jule's Gourmet Foods Jamaican Jerk Sauce™ replicates Jule’s secret jerk recipe so you can enjoy authentic Jamaican jerk at home.  Made with all natural ingredients, Jule's Gourmet Jamaican Jerk Sauce™ embodies the heat and flavor of this famous Jamaican marinade—a careful balance of the fiery scotch bonnet pepper with just the right amount of spice and sweetness.
