Humboldt County, CA: where the Redwood Forest meets the Pacific Ocean—and, now, where sweet fruit meets savory spice in Diane’s Sweet Heat concoctions. Diane Hunt and her friend, Betsy started playing with jalapeño jelly recipes when they decided to gift jars of it one holiday season. Over the course of the next few years, they continued to tweak their recipes, experimenting with different fruits and chili peppers. In 2007, after a constant demand for more from friends and family, they launched Diane’s Sweet Heat. Made in small quantities for quality, integrity, and flavor—there’s nothing artificial about these jams. The habanero heat is the real deal, folks.
