Drew (the "D" in DAK's) and Karen Clark (you guessed it, the "K") met in 2009, Drew's diet hadn’t changed much since college, consisting mostly of pizza and beer. Thankfully, Karen came to the rescue, using her own spice blends to whip up healthy meals that curbed his junk food cravings, all without salt or MSG. The newlyweds dove into their “professional hobby” in their spare time, creating spice blends that serve as healthy alternatives for their favorite party dishes. Gaining a cult following through friends, family, and farmers market-goers, DAK’s boasts ten spice blends, with more in the works.
