Blissful Eats started with a hungry husband who wouldn’t eat breakfast. Most days when Nicole got home from teaching, she would retreat to the kitchen, coming up with creative recipes to help her husband eat healthier. Her extremely small Queens kitchen (or cabinet as her sister referred to it) became her lab as she made friends, family members, and even her fourth grade students try her healthy snacks. Nicole's sister, Christine, encouraged her to follow her dreams because she knew she had created something great. After a year or so of careful planning, Nicole went back to school, became a certified Health Counselor and opened Blissful Eats.

Blissful Eats has a mission to unleash healthy snacking into the world. Life is too short not to enjoy what you are eating; that is why Nicole combines delicious treats with the healthiest ingredients for you! Blissful Eats is the health food company that cares about what goes into your body. They creatively combine the best ingredients that you need, like organic spelt flour and raw nuts, with the touches of sweetness that you want, like high quality chocolate.

Nicole wants you to enjoy her baked goods for breakfast, as a snack, or for a dessert, without any guilt... because they are delicious, nutritious, and provide long lasting energy. There won’t be a sugar crash with Blissful Eats, only full stomachs and happy customers.
