Working with bees requires an understanding of the tiny creatures, and a pinch of courage. When founders Jeremy, Ross, and Mauria first began on their sweet journey, there were initial concerns regarding working alongside the bumbling, stinging insects—but that quickly abated after the group realized how valuable the bees truly were. They experimented with crafting honey while working to help with city bee removal projects, and soon they linked up with Oregon’s prominent beekeepers. Now, the trio is carefully creating flavorful blends of honey and locally-sourced ingredients for a one-of-a-kind taste experience.
