You don’t know big families until you know the Balsamo family. Founder Tamara, the seventh youngest of twenty siblings, has seven children of her own. Even more impressive? She’s been raising them all on her own for the last five years, since her husband passed. Just after his passing, Tamara was at a loss, and found solace in her kids, who inspired her to pour her heart into something she loved. Inspired by her sister’s dressing recipe, she re-worked the ingredients to reflect her own tastes. She bottled up her concoction two years ago, and she hasn’t looked back since.
