In a metal cocktail shaker or a pint glass, use the bottom end of a wooden spoon to muddle half of watermelon with the gin and six leaves of shiso. Shake with ice until very cold and strain into two glasses. Add ice and tonic to fill each glass. Garnish with the shiso leaves and a few pieces of watermelon.
