Combine 2 cups water with fresh ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, ground nutmeg, saffron, salt, and vanilla in a medium pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add black tea and let sit for 3 minute. Strain tea and discard the solids. Combine the tea and milk in the same pot and bring to a boil. Stir in turmeric elixir and enjoy!
