Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Twist greens off radishes, put them in a bowl, and toss with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Cut radishes in half, place on a baking sheet and toss with remaining 2 teaspoons oil and pepper; arrange cut-side down. Place in oven and roast 12 minutes.
While radishes roast, mix butter with miso.
Add greens to baking sheet and dot with miso butter. Roast 3 more minutes.
Remove radishes from oven and toss to mix in melted miso butter. Season with sea salt, to taste, and serve right away.
