Chopped Fresh Herbs of your choice: Parsley, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary
Clean mushrooms with damp cloth and remove stems.
Combine olive oil, balsamic, minced garlic, and shallot in shallow dish. Add Portobellos and coat well; marinate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Gently remove mushrooms and lay on baking sheet. Roast in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, then flip and roast another 10 minutes.
Slice into strips, drizzle with leftover marinade, and serve.
