1 lb Purple Sweet Potatoes
1/4 cup Butter/Ghee
Your Favorite Seasonings
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the potatoes for 5-10 minutes, then allow them to cool before cutting. Slice your potatoes into fries or wedges. In a small pot, melt the ghee/butter with your favorite seasonings. Toss the potatoes with the mixture until they are well coated. Add your fries to the baking sheet and roast for 35-40, minutes depending on your desired crispness.
Remove from oven and serve immediately!
