Pepper and Portobello Mushroom Pizza

Heat oven to 450 degrees.

In large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons oil over moderately high heat. Add peppers and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms, season with sea salt and cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden.

Meanwhile, oil a 14-inch baking sheet. Press pizza doughs onto pan in an approximately 9-inch round.

Spread peppers and mushrooms over dough, leaving a crust. Bake 12 minutes. Sprinkle on garlic, black pepper and basil. Top with mozzarella and then, Parmesan. Drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons oil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
