Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat baking sheet or pizza pan with thin layer olive oil or dusting of cornmeal. On clean working surface dusted with flour, gently stretch pizza dough to fit pan, roughly a 12" circle or 10" x 6" rectangle. Gently place dough in pan, prick all over with fork and lightly brush with olive oil. Place in oven and bake 15 minutes, until it turns golden. Remove, layer on nectarine slices and dollops of ricotta, top with greens and torn basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and finish with sprinkle of flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
