Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut radishes into ½ -inch rounds.
Combine olive oil, garlic, miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar and pinch sea salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well to combine. Add radishes, and toss to coat. Spread circles evenly on baking sheet. Pour any remaining sauce over radishes, and place in preheated oven. Bake 15 minutes, flip radishes and bake another 15-20 minutes until soft and a little crispy.
