1 bunch Kohlrabi, greens removed
Peel and cut kohlrabi into matchsticks. Cut radishes into matchsticks same size as kohlrabi.
Heat sesame oil in pan. When hot, add kohlrabi and radish. Stir-fry on high until turning golden brown. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sea salt. Toss till vegetables are coated. Add scallion and turn off heat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
