Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread green beans and mushrooms in even layer on prepared baking sheet.
In small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over vegetables on sheet pan and toss to coat evenly. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until beans are tender-crisp.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and cook until just starting to turn golden-brown, then quickly remove from heat to prevent from burning. Drizzle garlic over mushrooms and green beans and season with sea salt and pepper, to taste.
