Heat olive oil in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sea salt.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender and begins to turn light brown.
Squeeze juice from 2 lemon wedges over cabbage. Taste, then adjust with more sea salt, pepper, and lemon juice, as needed.
