Blistered Shishitos

These blistered shishitos are quick and easy to make and great for a side to almost any meal. 

Heat oil over medium-high heat in large cast-iron or other heavy skillet. Cook peppers, turning occasionally, until they blister on all sides. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and a squeeze of lemon. Serve immediately.
