Pat your green beans dry. Mix lime juice, miso and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over high, until shimmering. Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes, until browned on one side. Turn beans with tongs and brown on the other side. Cook 5 minutes longer, turning occasionally, until browned all over and tender. Add garlic and chili flakes, and cook 1 more minute, tossing occasionally, until garlic turns golden.
Remove skillet from heat, pour into miso mixture, and toss beans to coat. Season with sea salt and black pepper, to taste. Transfer to a platter and serve.
