Season beef strips with sea salt and pepper, then add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and maple syrup. Transfer to fridge and marinate at least 30 minutes.
When ready to cook, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and sauté 3 minutes, undisturbed, then flip for 3 more minutes or until beef reaches your desired doneness. Remove to a plate and add peppers to skillet. Cook 4 minutes, until soft, then return beef to skillet and add spinach, tossing until wilted. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve on its own or over rice, if desired.
Enjoyed a meal. I increased the liquid mix.

While rice wine vinegar is mentioned in the directions, it is not listed in the ingredients. I made the marinade as directed, substituting regular wine vinegar to taste…and the result was a nice dinnet
