Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place sweet potatoes on baking sheet and poke 4-5 holes in each with a fork or sharp knife.
Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until soft. To test if they're done, a fork or knife should feel little resistance when inserted.
Serve with Kreimheld butter and sea salt or as a side to any meal.
