Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in large baking dish. Season with sea salt and pepper. Spread in even layer.
Bake tomato mixture 5 minutes. Season fish with sea salt and pepper. Arrange fillets in single layer over tomato mixture. Roast fish with tomato mixture 10 minutes, until fish just begins to flake. Top with basil and serve.
