Asparagus Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash asparagus well and peel ends to remove fibrous skin. Cut stalks in half. 

Coat a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stretch dough on it to form a 16” x 6" oval. Spread asparagus and lemon slices on a separate baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Place both sheets in oven. Remove pizza crust when it’s golden brown and puffed, 8–10 minutes. Remove asparagus when tender, 10-12 minutes. Spread a layer of mozzarella slices on pizza, leaving a crust border; top with asparagus and lemon slices and place back in oven until cheese melts. Remove, cut into slices and serve.
