It began in an apartment kitchen in Williamsburg when two best friends, Jessica Quon and Sabrina Valle, breathed life into an original concept: create a food company that’s a true reflection of themselves and their community. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind.

The Jam Stand pushes the limits of what packaged food can be by combining unique flavors. They give their products an imaginative personality allowing their "Jam Fans" to take initiative and get creative in the kitchen by adding them to all sorts of wacky recipes.

Using fresh fruit sourced from local farms, the girls base it all on a belief that packaged food doesn’t have to mean processed food.
